As a lifelong tea lover, my journey began with a deep passion for blending and exploring botanicals through tea. What started in a cup soon grew into a wider fascination with the healing power of herbs and their role in wellbeing.

As the proud owner of four horses, two dogs, one cat and a flock of chickens, I became increasingly curious about how plants can support both humans and animals. This curiosity led me to study Zoopharmacognosy and Naturopathy — allowing me to support animals with their innate ability to self-select natural remedies for their own wellbeing.

My approach is rooted in respect, intuition and choice — offering both people and animals a gentle pathway to balance and wellbeing.

Alongside my work, I’m a proud mother and grandmother, who continue to inspire my nurturing, holistic outlook on life.
